At our Sri Lanka retreat, no dietary requirement or allergy will be overlooked. We offer a culinary experience that caters to every guest’s needs and preferences. Each morning begins with a diverse breakfast selection, from traditional Sri Lankan curry to American-style pancakes, ensuring a perfect start to your day.

Lunches feature fresh Buddha bowls, made with locally grown produce that bursts with flavour and nutrition. Every ingredient is sourced daily to guarantee freshness, providing you with meals that are both delicious and wholesome.

Evenings are a culinary adventure with different themed dinners each night. From authentic Sri Lankan feasts to vibrant Mexican cuisine, there's something to delight everyone. Our varied menus keep your taste buds excited and satisfied throughout your stay.

As a nutritionist and foodie, I've meticulously planned every meal to ensure it’s tasty and nutritious. Our talented chefs accommodate all dietary needs and allergies, so you can enjoy your meals worry-free. And of course, we can’t forget about the tea—enjoy traditional Sri Lankan group tea, adding a cultural touch to your retreat experience.     At this retreat we cater to all dietary requirements.

  • 🚕 Transfers

    Transfers to and from the resort to the airport are included. Once you have booked your flights share the details with us. You can expect a warm welcome at the airport to then bring you to our resort.

    Unless you choose to share, you will have your own room with jungle views.

  • 🐘 Safari Day Trip

    A once in a lifetime experience where you are guaranteed to see elephants and other wildlife.

    We will set off early morning to get there for a sunrise safari drive.

  • 🌱 Rainforest Hiking

    Hiking through the UNESCO world hertiage site of the Sinharaja Forest Reserve. We will make a hike & waterfall swim through the rainforest with a guide who will help us to spot all of the wildlife, flora and fauna.

  • ☕️ Tea Plantation Tour

    Next to our beautiful boutique hotel we have a tea plantation. Here we will be given a guided tour, with tasting of not only the tea but the food grown in the area too.

  • 🏄‍♀️ Surf Lesson

    For complete beginners all the way through to advanced its time to get a board and head out there! From a beautiful small beach surrounded by palm tree’s paradise awaits.

  • 💃 Movement sessions

    Every workout is optional and each one is different. Given the limited spaces there will be plenty of time for us to work together one on one to address your needs.

    These movement sessions are a blend of yoga, stretch and pilates. These are suitable for all levels from beginner through to advanced.

  • 🧠 Meditations

    All meditations are optional but our early morning mediations listening to the sounds of the birds and the wind as you listen to the sounds of the jungle.

    If there is a better place to begin the meditation habit we don’t know one!

    In the south west of Sri Lanka not far from the beach you will find our accommodation nestled away in the palm trees.
