A weekend packed with adventure, relaxation, and all the good stuff in between. We’ll hit the trails for stunning hikes, challenge ourselves with ice baths (trust me, you’ll feel amazing after!), and enjoy proper home-cooked meals that’ll keep you fuelled for whatever comes next.
When the day winds down, we’ll snuggle up for a movie night under the stars, cosy up by the fire, and take time to really relax. There’s plenty of movement to keep things fun, plus meditations to ground you when needed.
It’s all about making memories, meeting incredible people, and enjoying little moments like grabbing a cup of tea whenever you fancy. Adventure, chill vibes, and new friendships—it’s the best of both worlds.

We'll head out to explore stunning trails, taking in the natural beauty around us while connecting with nature and each other. No matter the time of day, the scenery will always be worth the walk.

An exciting outdoor adventure designed to push you outside of your comfort zone and try something new.
From gorge walking to other outdoor activities, we’ll explore stunning locations and embrace nature, all while stepping outside our usual boundaries and having a great time together.

We’ll enjoy homemade cookies, pizzas, and plenty of snacks, all while watching a movie under the glow of twinkly lights and a projector. It’s the perfect chance to relax, unwind, and make memories in a cozy, laid-back setting.

⭐️ Movement sessions
Every workout is optional and each one is different. These sessions are a blend of strength training, pilates and stretch. They are suitable for all levels from beginner through to advanced.

🧠 Meditation + breath work
All meditations are optional but our early morning mediations listening to the sounds of the birds or the burning fire.

🎨 Lets Get Creative
Each UK weekender has a creative session, that could be candle painting, pottery making, flower arranging. This is your chance to switch off from the world and zone back into being creative and having fun.
